Is the positive integer x evenly divisible by at least two integers, each of which is greater than 1?
(1) x is even.
(2) 40 < x < 50

So what are we looking for..
Evenly divisible by at least two integers, which are >1 MEANS composite number.
So we are looking if x is prime or not..
1) X is even..
If x is 2, Ans is NO
Otherwise always YES as all even numbers except 2 are not prime..
Insufficient
2) 40<X<50
If 41, a prime number NO
If 42, 45 etc, YES
Insufficient
combined
We are looking at even numbers between 40 and 50..
All these will not be prime, so Ans is always YES
