Hi angelospetrou,

Unfortunately, the goal of raising a 510 to a 650+ in 1 week is not realistic. If it's at least 7 days before your Official GMAT appointment, then you can pay $50 to push back your Test Date.

Many Test Takers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so you're likely going to have to put in far more time than you've planned for. Based on these CAT scores, I would suspect that you would need at least another 3 months of consistent, guided study to hit your goal score.

1) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

You covered 8 MGMAT Guides in 3 weeks!
Wow.... I have not heard of anyone to be able to do that. I guess you may have read them but you are supposed to do quizzes, exercises, and short tests to make sure you got the topics (using OG for example). If you are not getting 90% of questions right, don't go further, go back and figure out why and how to fix that.

Hey people, I was not going to post on this but now I feel like I have to.
So, my exam is in a week.

I have been studying for a month (only!). My first CAT was at 490, ok that was the benchmark to start.
After I focused on understanding the content and solving hard topic questions.
CAT 2 was 510. Again, I spend each day revising topics even deeper.
CAT 3 was 490. I am so close to give up.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong with my strategy.
I'm a week away from my exam and I NEED A 650.
I'm determined to do anything for it.

ANYONE HELP? I'm a strong academic student, it frustrates me to see such low scores!

No need to panic. From 500 to 650 will require some time and effort. A week will not be sufficient. Push back your test date or take the test for practice (but cancel your score).
You can consider joining a classroom course to bump up your score since there would be enough potential for improvement in both Quant and Verbal. What is your Quant/Verbal score split?
