Hi Hoozan,
From what you describe, your general math knowledge and skills are probably fine, but the Quant section of the GMAT is NOT a 'math test' - it's a 'critical thinking test' that requires lots of little math steps as you work through it. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:
Studies:
1) When did you take your 1st Official GMAT and how did you score (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?
2) How long have you studied for the GMAT in total? Over the last 2 months, how many hours do you typically study each week?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
Goals:
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When is your next Official Test Date?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,

Studies:
1. Took my 1st mock in December 2019 and gave my official exam in Jan 2020. Official mock score: 710 (Q47 V40)
Note- this wasn't timed. I was facing network issues that lead to many glitches while solving. So the timer wasn't accurate
2. Studying for almost 2 years. The first 9 months were a rough start. I am a student so I do have a lot of time in the day for my prep. I dedicate around 4-6 hrs.
Note- My capacity to study has greatly reduced because of the lack of clarity and demotivation towards my prep.
3. I have taken a few Princeton review mocks. With a gap of 1 week between each. And scored a 610 (Q42 V31 and 620 (Q42 V34). I did score a 710 once (Q48 V39) but that wasn't timed
Goals:-
1. Score a 720 (Q48 V40) on the GMAT
2. I wish to give my next attempt by end November (my college exams are currently on)
3. Post my GMAT I plan working for 2-3 years so I don't really have a date in mind. But I do have ISB as my dream school.
Note- I do wish to teach GMAT as well. I find the content and the skills required really challenging and highly helpful in developing ones critical thinking. But for now all that matters is to get a score that I beleive I can truly achieve.
