Hi all
I just bought GMATPrep Exam Pack 1 & Question Pack 1, installed them on my Macbook Air (OS: Mac OS 10.10.4 (1280x800, 72 dpi, touch: none) AIR version: 14.0.0.137), but have problems with the activation. When I entered the activation code, nothing happened (already tried with and without hyphens). I have also tried the web portal activation method but it said "process unsuccessful. error..."
Then I tried to download and install them on my Windows PC, everything went fine. However, I still need to install them on my Macbook Air so I can still practice outside home. Can anyone tell me what to do? Also, is it possible to activate them both on my PC and Mac?
GMATPrep version 2.3.322 is installed on both computers and works just fine. Need your help ASAP. My exam is in 7 days.
