Today, I took the GMAT for the first time....
600. 39Q, 34V. 3.23 GPA. Female, Asian-American, went to UPenn undergrad. Psychology major, took many engineering and calculus classes. My last two years I had almost straight As. I've been working for the last two years at a management consulting firm. I lost track of time and ran out of time on the Quant, completely disheartened me on Verbal. Prior to that, I was feeling pretty good.
I want to apply to Tepper's FlexMBA online program... What do you think, do I even have a chance?

How much time did you spend in preparation for the GMAT, and more importantly, did you study effectively e.g. kept track of your weaknesses and focus on those, use good reference materials such as Manhattan Study Guides, etc.? Based on the information that you provided, it seems that you have the ability to improve your GMAT score. I recommend that you reflect on your preparation and what went wrong during the actual test, and come up with a methodical plan of attack to tame the beast!
I don't know about the online MBA program that you mentioned. If you improve your score, have good career progress, and invest sufficient time on the rest of your application, you will have more school options!

You are in a very competitive demographic so I would recommend that you try to make as many aspects of your candidacy as competitive as possible. Given your GPA, I would have liked to have seen at least a 680 on the GMAT. This level score would show me that you have the intellectual abilities and commitment to complete a competitive and self-directed program. Also, your grades used up your total margin of error in your application so you have to make sure that your application is compelling and up to standards. Anything else will further harm your chances of admissions.
