Hallo,
My problem is...
I have registered for the Gmat-CBT test on 27th, April, 2005 (test center at Hanoi, Vietnam). However, I have a problem with my registration letter. The name I registered doesnot match the name on my ID card. (My name is Le Noi An - while the name in my registration has V (an extra letter)).
As regulation, if the name on the ID does not match the name on the test appointment, the test administrator has the right to turn that candidate away from the testing center.
I have asked the IIE representative in my country, the officer told me that: there has another solution that, in case my name doesnot match the name on the registration form, the supervisor at the testing center will have a look at my ID card, and make sure that the picture,
the signature, the passport number, the birthdate are the same with those on the registration form or not.
If these criteria match those on my registration form, may I take the exam?
In the case that this solution is impossible, may I register for the test again within this year, and at the same testing day as I have just registered?
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. And I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Your sincerely,
LeAnn
