Do you work or do you have full time studying? What I find hardest is to focus a large amount of hours to studying and working at the same time. Sometimes life just drains you and you need a break.

Generally speaking though, try to focus and time your studying hours to 1-2 hour and take regular breaks. Cramming a lot of time consecutively really doesn't help.
