GMAT is all about 2 things- accuracy and speed. We need to be aware whether we are poor on which of the 2 aspects.

If accuracy is the prob, we need to go slow and grasp on the concepts tested on GMAT. If speed is the prob, we need to practice setting a timer say set 10 questions for 20 mins and try to solve as many as possible. If both speed and accuracy are your prob, we need first focus on improving accuracy and when accuracy hits 70-80%, combine speed into your efforts.

Hope this helps!

Thanks both. For quant it is clearly more an accuracy issue and for verbal it's a mix between both. I feel I could get a higher score with more time on verbal, so I def have to improve my timing as well. Anyone can help me with a 3 months study plan to get to a 710-720?

Dear Lara1234,
I would suggest to take TTP course because its well-structured study plan and unique approach already have helped me to ameliorate my Quant score. Weather you need to recall some concepts or practice weakness areas TTP study plan can guide you to do so. You can take its diagnostic test to check where you are.
