Hi GMAT gurus,
ok..here's the thing.I have been studying for the gmat for about 2 months now.I started off with a score of 550 in one of the Princeton Diagnostic tests.I have taken 3 CATs till date (including 1 MGMAT and 2 Princeton) and have been scoring in the same range.
There is not much improvement in my scores.I have finished the CR bible and have done the MGMAT SC atleast once.I have done all the CR, PS and DS questions from the OG.I have completed most of the sentence correction questions from the OG as well.
I am just not able to figure out what's going wrong.Have been scoring around 36-37 in the quant section and 31-33 in the verbal section ( in the tests that i have taken so far ).
I plan to take the GMAT in mid November.I want to get a score of 700+.Am i being too over ambitious??
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

There's a big difference between just mindlessly doing the problems and actually learning from them. Are you revisiting questions that you got wrong and figure out how to solve them? Are you revisiting question you got right and learn how to solve them more efficiently?

yes i have started maintaining an error log recently..it is helping me in quants..however, the thing ( it may sound very weird ) is when i revisit the questions which i got wrong in the verbal section ( especially CR and RC ), i dont know what learnings to take away from it.i am able to figure out the question type but not my thinking process which is obviously the reason i am getting them wrong..
