Hello! I have already taken 2 GMAT exams in a test center successfully but want to give it a last try online before it changes to the GMAT Focus. The thing is that even though my GMAC profile (mba dot com) does include my middle name, the Examity profile (which is auto populated from the mba dot com data) doesn't show my middle name. I have already reached out to the contact listed in the GMAC for a name change (GMAT dot Americaspearson dot com) and they told me they have already successfully updated my name (even though my full name has always been there). Still, my Examity profile keeps omitting my middle name and the 3 times I have contacted Examity they have told me they do not have access to changing the name and that I should reach out to (GMAT dot Americaspearson dot com)
Honestly I am a bit worried that the proctor might not let me present my exam since I have read cases where they don't allow people to present their exam when their middle name is omitted (I think it depends fully on the proctors' criteria). Also, I have been trying to reach out to the GMAC by e-mail and phone but the only phone number that works always says that they are busy attending other customers!
What can I do to get this sorted out?

Hello. I am having the same problem with online GMAT Focus test. I have my full name on mba<dot>com profile, but my name on Examity profile just has the first & last name, missing my middle name. I chatted with the live chat agent on Examity, they said according to GMAT's rule, the name on my government issued ID must be the same with the one on Examity ID. If they are not the same, the proctor will not let me take the test.
My test is scheduled tmr - sunday 21 Jan 2024, which is very urgent. I have emailed mba<dot>com Customer Service, they said they escalated my case to Pearson VUE, but I have got no answer from them then.
Have you finished the test yet? Did the protor let you do it?
