Hello everyone,
I just gave my gmat and got 700 with Q49/V36. I am satisfied with the overall score given I prepped for only about 5-6 weeks, studying 2 hrs daily.
I am targetting LBS/Insead/LSE MiM program. I need your help to sense check my overall profile and let me know if I should give gmat again or if the above score would suffice.
Currently, I am 22 yrs old. I graduated from the #1 B-School in my country with a 3.8 GPA. I was part of students clubs as well during my undergraduate and led multiple events. I was teaching as a part time instructor for SAT maths and helped more than 800 students. Right after graduating, I started working as a Commercial Finance Manager at one of top MNCs in the world. I have about 1.5 yrs of experience. I do have some solid acheivements as well.
Please let me know if I have a good enough application for above listed universities or if I need to work on something. Thanks alot in advance

Hi,
Well rounded profile, with some good Extra-curriculars as well, and presented well too.
Your profile looks broadly good, and specifics lok helpful too. For the schools listed above, with your GMAT score, you have a stretch chance, but not a very strong chance.
Present a compelling story, answer the essays to align your story well with an emotional tinge. Most importantly however, ensure impressive resume and LORs.
My concern is your age, currently ok, but you should not take a chance with your applications. Would suggest two important changes to your strategy:
1) Include Safety schools in your bucket
2) Get some consulting help with your profile for a top-notch application.

Are you actively applying now? If so, I would maybe focus more of your time on your applications including the essays.
If you are waiting until next application season, then you should consider giving the GMAT another shot. Bumping up your score would certainly help your chances, though it's not entirely necessary. Consider it more like low hanging fruit. You can also use the time to build out your profile with additional extracurricular activities and continuing with your work experience.
