I am pretty confused on how to improve my skill set on Verb Tenses. I wrapped up the topic on Verbs from the SC course and went through the MGMAT study material to reinforce the topics. This technique worked brilliantly for me, when I was studying SVA. However, in verb tenses, my scores haven't improved much.
The accuracy for the concept quiz (eGMAT) 1 & 2 was 67 % and 88% respectively. For the practice file it was 75%.
I completed the OG questions and the accuracy for verb tenses is still hovering around 75%.
I am clueless on how to improve my accuracy. Suggestions?
Is there any book I can pick up to finish the grammar topics ?

Did you go through princeton review book. i found it helpful even though I am also battling with SC. May I know where are you getting these percentages from? is there any online tool that helps in assessing weaker area in SC?
I wll put one excerpt from the demigod of gmatland..ron purewal aka lunarpower
the bad news : verb tenses are the most difficult to imbibe, if one is not a native speaker......
the good news : you dont need to master that.....since this topic is never, yes never, tested in isolation...if u are trying to eliminate an answer choice based only on verb tenses, it invariably means, you are overlooking other imp elements such as mods, sv, parallelism juxtaposed in the same prob...
so bro, plz dont fret and chill.....apart fron had been and simple past in a sequence of past events......has been means the aroma still persists........u dont need to have any othet skills.....concentrating on the ugly mortals such as modifier, parallelism and sv agreement will be enoigh to cruise the rough waters of gmat verbal and land a dect 40-42.
bxn u can watch rons video on verb tenses from mgmat vimeo..thursdays with ron....explained in his usual style, sucvint yet insightful.
hope that helps.
