I'd like to know _____________________________________________.
here in the solution to this problem, the answer is:
I'd like to know who has seen the new vampire movie.
and for the second one:
2. How do you do this algebra homework?
to be converted into
Could you tell me ____________________________________________?
and the answer given is:
Could you tell me how to do this algebra homework
but according to the explanation of the embedded questions "There MUST NOT be an auxiliary between the question word and the subject in an embedded question"
So, how does these particular examples fit into the description of embedded questions??

From the fact pattern, here are the answers I come to:
1. I'd like to know who's seen the new vampire movie. 2. Could you tell me how'd you do this algebra homework? 3. Tell me where's that new fantasy book. 4. The travel updates when the train's arriving. (This makes no sense to me. What is "the travel"??) 5. Do you have any idea why Sally's crying?
Any thoughts?
If there's any hole in my reasoning, I welcome comments. As I can benefit from it too (Thanks in advance.)
