Current position: Project Architect at Top 5 Largest US Firm (#1 Healthcare), 6 years experience (Large Healthcare)
Been moving up the ranks since grad school, Architecture tends to be a very tiered profession, based on years of experience and licensing.
intern->job captain->designer-> project architect, is the trajectory I have been on.
I currently manage a small team of 6 within a larger team of 2 dozen on a $250 mil project.
UG gpa: 2.8
UG degree: BA Design (Midwestern State school)
Graduate gpa: 3.8
Graduate degree: Masters of Architecture (Midwestern State school)
GMAT: 730
I am looking for some honest assessment.
Post grad I am looking to get transition into larger healthcare Development/Acquisitions at JLL or similar.
I will apply to MSRED at MIT and USC, however I am also considering MBA at Kellogg/Haas/Sloan because of their real estate curriculum.
Here is my assessment of my odds????
bit of a reach?
Kellogg
SLOAN
50/50?
HAAS
acceptance likely?
MSRED MIT
MSRED USC
MSRED Columbia
Do I have a shot at Kellogg/Haas/Sloan with my low UG gpa?
What are my weaknesses, that I can overcome?
Which program would offer the best ROI?
Thanks in advance
