Dear epic test takers, aficionados, and lovers of standardized tests

,
My name is Piyush. I'm 38 years old and I have just submitted my EMBA to INSEAD for next August's intake. I am told by some of the committee members I should get an interview/case and invitation to sit for the EA and/or Insead Assessment (IA).
However, I am super anxious about standardized tests and I frankly am **** at them. My Executive Assessment is scheduled on February 20th. I have 10 weeks to prepare. Actually, my goal is to take the IA, but use the EA as an means to gauge my performance. if I end up faring well in the EA, I will bypass the IA.
I have a few important questions that I need help with:
1. For my prep, I am specifically looking for a teacher who can give me a customized and dynamic weekly/bi-monthly study plan to cater to how I fare on my questions performance either against problem sets I completed online OR practice exams. I do
not want a generic plan or a plan that doesn't change based on my weekly or bi-monthly performance.
2. On a daily basis, I really need someone to tell me
exactly what to do (i.e. they tell me things like "study for 90 minutes. In the first 45 minutes, review ABC, then in the next 45 minutes study "DEF topic", then in the next 30 minutes, practice timing problems, etc...)
Where can I find someone who can really give me this specific, tactical, and directive guidance. Money is not the problem here - it's the guidance I need.
3. I don't think I'm dyslexic. But I know that my verbal is absolutely ****. I get tired of reading, I can't focus when I read, and I get overwhelmed with large amounts of text on the screen. Where can I find specific material that helps people with a stronger quant and really hopeless verbal? Which online virtual test-prep company is the best for non-native speaking verbal?
4. Aren't there materials online out that reliably use Artificial Intelligence to review your diagnostics, assess your weak areas, present you with materials and questions to target your weak areas to improve? This sort of virtual tutor would be amazing. Is the Economist GMAT like that? What's materials are available to do that for me?
5. Because of the lack of exams I can find, can I just take the
Manhattan GMAT exams, ignore the geometry and sentence correction questions, and use the results to help guide my weak areas? Are there other better exams I can take? I have purchased the 4 EA exams, but the problem is that I couldn't find many more.
6. The average EA score for INSEAD applicants is a 156. What is that equivalent to on the GMAT? A 650?
Any help is extremely appreciated.
Save me and I'll buy you all a ton of whiskey and cigars.
