Mary buys cookies made with the artificial sweetener SugarFree, which tastes as sweet as the corn that her brother loves but which has
fewer calories than does an equivalent amount of corn syrup.
1. Is it unclear whether the phrase "which tastes as sweet..." describes the cookies or the SugarFree? Or is it clear that it describes Sugarfree because it is closer to that noun?
2. For the parallelism in the second part of the sentence, do I necessarily need the second "which"?

Since "tastes" is singular, "which tastes ..." must modify the singular "the artificial sweetener SugarFree" rather than the plural "cookies."
Regarding the second "which," the sentence would be better without it.
