Hoping someone can help me as I'm freaking out a bit right now.
I just finished my applications for R2 and was feeling great, and then I saw something that said that your transcript should list the grades for any transfer or study abroad credits. Well, mine don't list grades - only the coursework and number of credits.
I reached out to my study abroad institution and they are mailing the transcript today but it's going to take 15 business days, so well past the deadline
Will I get penalized if I mail the transcript to the schools after the deadline? I do NOT want my application to get moved to R3 but I also don't know if the lack of grades would be grounds for dismissal of my application.

rvitti - luckily I was able to have my school expedite the mailing (though it did cost me) so my transcripts will be arriving today. If your school has expedited shipping you may still be able to get them in time for the Jan 7th deadlines. I also emailed a few schools and most of them said that I would have been able to send the transcripts later and it would not affect my R2 candidacy, though I don't know if that pertains to all schools. hope that helps!
