Hi Gnakul,
You come across as a real achiever.
I'd suggest you work harder to get a better GMAT score - even if that means pushing your applications to R2. A low GPA and a low GMAT will only work against you. It will also be wise to address the reason for your low GPA.
I am a little confused about the description you have given:
1. For which company of the two companies have you raised $250 Mn? That's a huuuuge amount of money.
2. If you have plans to take your company public, how will you exit it? Your post suggests that you have plans to exit it in immediate future, whereas as the founder, you will have to stay with the company for a pre-defined period of time. Moreover as I understand the process, you need to take your company to X level before you can start the IPO process.
3. I also have doubts about how your post MBA goals stack up considering your grand plans for the company. They are quite run-of-the-mill in comparison.
US b-schools don't have a spring intake, so you'd have to wait it out until next fall at the earliest before you can join an MBA program.
