Personally, I would only consider an AMBA if:
1. I had a business undergraduate degree
2. If I planned to return to the same company that I was coming from pre-bschool
3. If the AMBA admit was from a much much better school than my regular MBA admits
Given that all I know about your circumstance is the brief post above, my opinion should be taken with a huge grain of salt, but my vote goes to Duke MBA.
Regular MBA is already quite fast paced and you'll get the benefit of an internship which should help you try out a company to see whether you like it there without being completely committed.
Also, you'll probably build much stronger bonds with your classmates in a 2 year program which I think is one of the greatest assets you'll have coming out of bschool.

If you want to stay in Technology then I think the Cornell program is perfect for you. If you want to switch to something like consulting or finance, then I think it'd be better to do the full two year program. I think the internship is necessary for a transition.
