When it comes to taking CATs, the more realistically you take the CAT, the more accurate the score results will likely be. From what you've described, it sounds like you took ONLY the Verbal section, which is NOT realistic. If that is what you chose to do, then you did not have to deal with any of the endurance or fatigue "issues" that you'll face on Test Day (so these scores might be higher than they would normally be).
From these results, it certainly appears that RC is your 'weak' category, so putting some extra practice into that area is probably warranted. To earn a Scaled Score in the high-30s in Verbal, you can't afford to have any weak categories AND you have to correctly answer all of the "gettable" questions. Making silly mistakes in the Verbal section (or getting too many "50-50s" wrong) will have the same impact on your scores that it does in the Quant section - and your scores will drop.
