This is my score for the first GMAT Prep mock I took 4-5 months ago (way before starting my preparation), just to understand whether I lost my edge or not.

Quantitative Reasoning: 81 (71 percentile)
Verbal Reasoning: 85 (96 percentile)
Data Insights: 79 (79 percentile)
Total: 645 (89 percentile)

Following your advice, I just took a GMAT Prep mock. These are my results:

Quantitative Reasoning: 82 (76 percentile)
Verbal Reasoning: 85 (96 percentile)
Data Insights: 84 (98 percentile)
Total: 675 (96 percentile)

Basically my quant score is stuck, even though I have spent roughly 90-95% of my time focusing on that area.
Since my verbal and data insight scores are pretty good, I really want to improve my quant: both because it can push my score up by a lot and because I think that a 76 percentile score on Quant can be slightly limitating for admissions to top-5 business schools.

Thank you again for your help!

PS: just as a small note (I don't know how relevant it is), I'm not a native speaker. So, for example, further improvements on verbal are imho not likely, and most probably not worth my preparation time.

Hi Marcof11,

I wouldn't worry about the fact that Q82 is 76%. It's the total score that matters, and I'm very sure that schools are going to get plenty of applicants with Q scores in the early 80s.

Your Q49, for example, is 72%. No school is going to say that Q49 is too low.
