I just took my first GMATPrep test. I am little tired and want to evaluate my mistakes later tonight. If I close the test and shut down my computer, will my performance be still available to go through tonight or tomorrow ? Response appreciated. Thanks.

No, once you close out of the test, you won't be able to view your scores.

I am able to view the results even after many days.
On the review screen, click on End Exam. It will ask confirmation to end exam. Say yes. Now it will ask if you want to resume exam in future. Say yes here.
When you come back, it will ask if you want to resume previous exam. Say yes and you will be on review screen again.
