Hi all,
I am recruiting for high-tech positions (product management and product marketing specifically) and based on prior (technical) experience in the field I can get the first round interviews. However, even though I am familiar with the most popular interview questions (e.g. by making a google search I get several results), I don't know how to structure my responses accordingly, so that they seem structured. As a result, I think that my responses seem valid, but quite unstructured and probably I miss some areas that the interviewer wants to look at.
I was wondering, if somebody has a resource for high-tech interview questions, e.g. potential answers, etc. Or if it would be possible for somebody, who has been successful in this process to write how he/she is thinking while answering the questions, that would be really helpful. I am also familiar with the generic frameworks, but I'm not sure which one to select according to the question or how to fit it.
I am asking for help regarding questions "how would you market product X", "what would be your go-to-market strategy", "what are the opportunities/challenges for our company in launching the product X in the market", etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
