I was turned down from a testing center for not having my second last name on my profile. I've been struggling to get the name change - customer support keeps asking me to send my passport to [email protected] but I get an error message when I do. I've tried calling multiple times and sending e-mails to different addresses, as well as directly requesting it on the mba.com website. I've also contacted them through social media. Does anyone have any experience with this? I can't take the test until I can change my name and for some reason Pearson is unable to help.

See whether attaching the digital photocopy of the passport as a reply in your email correspondence with customer support may be acceptable. Another option is opening another customer support request highlighting how you are able to provide a digital photocopy but, for example, cannot "send my passport to [email protected] but I get an error message when I do."

not sure why your profile has gmat score 690 mentioned , when you claim to not have attempted gmat?
try calling customer care and raise a complaint for name change in profile. else if you have never attempted exam before create a new profile.
