Henrie visits the park every alternate day, so he visits the park once every 2 days.
Pierre visits the park every 3rd day, so he visits the park once every 3 days.
Martin visits the park on Sundays, so he visits the park once every 7 days.
LCM of (2, 3, 7) = 42
Hence, they will meet once every 42 days.
They meet on January 01. The next time they meet is 42 days later.
02nd Jan to 31st January = 30 days
01st Feb + (42 - 30 = 12) days = 12th February
So they will meet again on 12th February.

To prove:
When will all three of them meet again next time?
Solution:
lcm of 2,3 and 7= 2×3×7
so Martin will have visited the park 6 times after 1 jan until he meets them again,
6 weeks + 1 Jan = 12 Feb
Hence option B
