IMO A.
'IT' should have proper antecedent. I guess 'it' refers to the 'beliefe'.
lets have a look at options now.
A. looks good..put aside.
B & C. Experience with belief by means to..sounds weird and doesn't make sense to me.
D. Have belief's experience by >> 'have experienced the belief' sounds more correct to me than 'have belief's experience'.
E. to have as experience..what?..what to have as an experience? belief?.. Sentence is awkward to me.

I would choose A.

IT refers to CONNECTION but such noun is no where present. Only verb CONNECT is present. Even if "IT" refers to "BELIEF" nowhere the noun "BELIEF" is mentioned in the sentence. only verb BELIEVED is mentioned.

Hogwartians believed that wands connect with the wizards not only at a physical but also at a mental level, and many wizards claimed to have experienced it through the most powerful magic.
a)have experienced it through
WHAT does IT refers to? CONNECTION. But is Noun (Connection) anywhere mentioned in the sentence. The answer is NO. We can't use the pronoun without proper Antecedent. Thus incorrect

b)have experience with it by the means to
WHAT does IT refers to? CONNECTION. But is Noun (Connection) anywhere mentioned in the sentence. The answer is NO. We can't use the pronoun without proper Antecedent. Thus incorrect

c)have experienced the latter by the means of
Best among the worst. I am still not convinced with this option as the meaning is not clear.
Many wizards claimed to have experienced MENTAL LEVEL by the means of the most powerful magic. (This sentence does not make much sense)
OR
Many wizards claimed to have experienced THE CONNECTION AT MENTAL LEVEL by the means of the most powerful magic. (This sentence makes sense but the Noun CONNECTION is no where mentioned in the sentence)

d)have its experience by
WHAT does IT refers to? CONNECTION. But is Noun (Connection) anywhere mentioned in the sentence. The answer is NO. We can't use the pronoun without proper Antecedent. In this case ITS can refer to WAND but the problem occurs with number mismatch. ITS is singular but WANDS is Plural Thus incorrect

e)have as experience later by the means of
- Worst option, no need to read at all. Incorrect
