I understand the other choices but why isn't the ans to D important?
If yes, it would mean that pollination would continue
If no, it means that an alternate method is required.

In all CR questions we need to find the conclusion. Here we have the conclusion indicated by the keyword "Therefore".
"Therefore, if the honey bee population continues this drastic decline, then most fruits will no longer be available to consumers".
So to weaken this conclusion, we need to find alternatives that could be used instead of depending on the honey bee population, which the rest of the choices except D do.
