Hi,
I dont know how many of you know about this. Since my mother passed away, I had to reschedule my exam in less than 7 days from the date scheduled. I thought the only way out would be to forego the entire amount I had paid for the already scheduled date and schedule one afresh. But I just wanted to give it a try and get some help so that I dont lose all the money. I called the customer service and requested them to let me reschedule with just the rescheduling charges.
Know what?? I refunded the entire 250$ and got me to schedule a date afresh. I had to fax them the death certificate as proof. That's it.

Really sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. It must be a tough time.
