I spent an hour and a half with Pearson CSR, to requesting a reschedule. They advised me to contact GMAC, on email and phone to get a waiver from the 16 calendar day policy to reschedule. Once GMAC approves, then Pearson will provide me a voucher to reschedule GMAT.
No other product or service is sold like this in the world. But this is exactly how monopolies work. Yes we screwed up our policies and procedures of test delivery but we will not amend the situation ASAP. You suffer some more because you need the score. And people think I-banks are the meanest ones. B-Schools should look into this whole scenario played out bc of covid, and do away with GMAT scores.
