Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forums, I looked a bit for some templated excel files that could keep track of how much time is studied each day. I figure there's bound to be something here that I just didn't find yet. Any help?

I've studied on and off while I was in my last semester of undergrad but I'm ready to start putting some more discipline into it. Right now I'm using Kaplan Premier 11 and assorted (and older) resources I can get at the libraries in the area, and this board obviously.

I am not sure if there is something quite like what you're asking. There is the GMAT Timer that walker made which can help you keep track of timing per question and multiple error logs which can help you keep track of mistakes and time per question.

Also, you might want to look at the GMAT Prep Study Plan threads on the forum to have a better idea of which resources to use.

This post is the closest thing that I could find. I'm not sure whether this is what you're looking for, but it may serve as a good start for making your own spreadsheet.

Hm... why would you want to track study time specifically?
I never thought of it that way - it is more of a results/performance driven result rather than from 8 to 5 ;)

Hey thanks for the replies.

For now I'm electing to just write short passages in a word document saying which part of a given book I worked on that day and for how long.

bb- It serves less of a functional purpose and more to my OCD-ish studying habits and I'd like to know at the end how much time I spent total. The error log I downloaded seems much more useful for diagnostic purposes.
