Hi All,

I've heard from friends that even though most consulting firms have L.A. office, they are very small.

I know that a significant portion of Anderson grads go on to work in consulting-do they mainly go to the SF offices?

Thanks!

LA is not the biggest city for most consulting firms but there are still a number of jobs. I would agree that SF is bigger, but if you want to make LA happen, you certainly could.

Best,
Scott

All the major firms have offices there, though numbers wise they tend to be a bit smaller than your NYC/SF offices, probably on par or so in size with a Chicago/DC/Dallas type office. If you want to look outside the major firms, LA has a ton of niche firms like ones focused on media and entertainment. Will you have relatively more options in the SF/Bay Area? Probably. But yes, LA has jobs too!
