How competitive is UIUC MSA?

Question

I am planning to apply for next summer.

I am a Chemistry major and current international undergrad in the States. I am fulfilling my prerequisite courses through Coursera since my school doesn't allow non-major students to take ACCY courses. I do not have strong GPA so I think GMAT will be the key.

I was wondering what my target GMAT score is and how competitive it is to get in.
