Hi,
I had done an internship in my family business, that is helped in setting up a centre. This was during my college. Currently, I have 3+ years of experience in an IT company as an engineer. Do i need to create a separate section to mention this internship or can I mention it in the experience section? Is it necessary to mention that the company I had done internship in, is a family business?

Hi DiyaDutta, thanks for reaching out! I would not worry about creating a separate section. As long as you clearly state it was an internship, you can include it in the Work Experience section. And yes, I would make clear that it was a family business, as that actually adds an interesting angle to your experience.
