I'm reading the interview questions on admissions dot com for one of the schools I am looking at and one of the questions that keeps coming up is, "If you were accepted by multiple B schools, which one would you choose and why?"
What is the "right" answer for this question? If you say, "I am definitely going to attend your school," all of your cards are on the table. I'm guessing that if they know you are DEFINITELY going to go there if offered admission, they will be less inclined to offer scholarships and such. If you say something along the lines of, "Well, I haven't quite decided yet," it means that you aren't totally dedicated to that school and you might refuse if they accept you. Then their yield would go down and no school wants that.
It doesn't seem like there is a good way to answer this question. The closest thing I could think of would be something like, "Well, to mitigate risk I am considering a few other schools, but X school is definitely one of the top contenders." Any thoughts?

You are over thinking it. The answer should always be the school you are interviewing with, followed by some well reasoned concept as to why. If they ask how many schools you are applying to, I'd say "well to mitigate risk, given the nature of MBA admissions, I'm applying to X, but your school is my unequivocal top choice.."
Scholarship decisions are going to be made very much separately from the interview and based on merit. Moreover, schools know scholarships can sway candidates and it sort of goes without saying that a full ride at school X may well change the decision for you. No need to bring it up or point it out - if you are that kind of candidate, you'll get a scholarship anyway, and if not, you can always call them up later after you've been admitted and point out your substantial scholarship elsewhere.

excellent post.
One thing that I'd add in here is to have a corss section of things that have drawn you to the school you are interviewing at. Recruiters, fellow students (whom you have hopefully met some), professors, unique offerings at the school, clubs, etc. Just like in your essays, you should show depth.
