Hi guys, I just would like to register for a GMAT exam with disabilities, but you have to contact them to register. I have tried it by mail, they responded twice that they tried to call me but I never got any call and everybody else can call me without problems so I doubt they were even trying. I always reply within the hour but it takes them ages to respond. I have tried to call them when pushing on the button "4" for people with disabilities the call just stops. so I tried to do it with the button "1" which is to register for an exam. I did it 3 times, 2 times they hung off, and once they said servers down call back in half an hour. I tried trough their web chat, but there they said they couldn't help me and that it had to be done by mail or phone. Obviously I understand that the GMAT in a company which wants to maximize profit and therefore given their monopolistic position give the lowest customer service possible. But despite this lowest customer service possible, I was wondering what you guys would suggest me to do.

Hi CedricPotvliege,

I understand how frustrating all of this must be. The Test Center closures and issues with the At-home GMAT have made this a challenging time for everyone interested in this Exam. There's a page at mba.com that describes the overall process for applying for Testing Accommodations here:

On a separate page, it appears that adapting Accommodations for the At-home GMAT is still something that is being worked on:

Ultimately, you'll just have to stick with it and keep attempting to get all of this set up. Remember that the value of earning an MBA (or other Advanced Degree) is worth all of this extra effort on your part. Beyond that, I have a few questions about how you've been studying and your goals:

1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
