Hi CedricPotvliege,
I understand how frustrating all of this must be. The Test Center closures and issues with the At-home GMAT have made this a challenging time for everyone interested in this Exam. There's a page at mba.com that describes the overall process for applying for Testing Accommodations here:

Remember that the value of earning an MBA (or other Advanced Degree) is worth all of this extra effort on your part. Beyond that, I have a few questions about how you've been studying and your goals:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) On what dates did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) What is your overall goal score?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
