When you guys study for the math section, do you try to enforce some sort of time limit per question, or do you ignore time and just try and make sure you find the correct answer? I tend to rush when solving the math questions because I'm trying to simulate the timed atmosphere that I'll have during the test, but in doing so I notice that I make careless errors and get things wrong that I wouldn't have if I had taken more time.

Here is my advice. It may not suit others.
The right method depends on period u have till GMAT test day.
Timing yourself is very good. But if u have enough time to prepare just don't care about the time cauze sometimes one time -consuming and difficult question/problem is worth ten easy ones. Practice a lot. Practice gives you trust in your strength. Try to concentrate and don't worry too much about the silly errors.
Make sure although TIME is not too important at the beginning or middle of preparation for the TEST, it is during the last months of the Prep-period. So u may apply timing in this very period.
Good luck in ur studies
