I am a bit confused about the score reporting process.

Does GMAT send official scores by mail to your home or is it only via an e-mail/downloadable link or is it a combination of both? Thanks!

Hey futureceo2014 ,

You will get report via an email/downloadable link. You will need to enter your DOB to get the report.

You will see an option to generate report on your MBA.com account as well. Once you click there, you will receive similar email on registered email ID.

Hi Abhimahna, say I accept my score after the test and have opted for it to be sent to the 5 schools as mentioned. If later I decide not to apply to these colleges this year, will it impact my application next year (in case I wish to re take the GMAT to better my score)? Considering the fact that scores were reported to them, but no application came.

Hey dakshm ,

Schools will not see any score unless you send them your application. Now, If you sent them 2 scores, they will see the latest they will receive. Hence, sending them first score now and not applying, and then sending them updated score later and then applying won't impact your application.

So, you are good to go.
