I started with expert but after 3 or 4 lessons I changed to expert+.
What exactly does this change? Are the hard questions harder, more accuracy is needed, or something different?

Some of the score goals shift but most importantly as you lower your score goal you see less content. Thus, the course adapts to your chosen score goal.
So, now that you are in expert+ you see everything we offer in the course for both quant and verbal.
