Hi,
I have a question for students who attended the school since the pandemic started. I got recently admitted to the MBA class of 2022 and am currently considering whether I should attend the school next year or not. My main concern is that currently classes take place online, although the admission team says there is a good chance of switching to the hybrid mode (the one that was used in 2020, I believe). I am curious how much of the MBA experience gets lost in online and hybrid arrangements and if it is worth attending the school in such mode? Is the school doing a good job managing this?

Disclaimer: I have not gone to ESMT and congrats on your admit.
I can mention that pandemic has been hard on many and it is not super fair to judge a school one way or another per see as they are subject to different mandates from the local government and the university (e.g. Cambridge mandated online for everyone and the school had to fight to go to in person or hybrid). It is also a tough topic for some of the students to discuss since they got punched in the face and you are now asking them if it hurt.... of course it did... and they can't really answer about how much gets lost in the process if they did not go school pre pandemic.... so they can only guess and what they tell you will be subjective.

I see what you mean. In no way did I mean to make current students feel bad and sorry if it came across that way. I am just looking for an advice on whether it makes sense to defer the offer for the next year or not? I thought current/recently attending students would have a better perspective on this.
