Bachelor of Computer Application(Hons.) with 3.6 GPA from NAAC "A" accredited University
MSc in Information Science with 4 GPA from West Bengal University of Technology (ranked 90 in India)
currently University topper (currently in final Semester).
NOTE: I have started working while I was in 2nd year of BCA(2015) and since them I am working full time as well as pursuing MSc full time by taking evening classes. I have financial issues. Lost my father who was only earning member of my family when I was in 12th standard. Since then I am fighting for survival.
Professional Info:
Working as a Data Entry Operator for Government of West Bengal Treasury Office (Pension Department) from 2015 to present. Having work experience of 5+ years.
My duties are:
Handling daily public affairs
analyzing audit queries and drafting reports
handling court case matters
calculating court case interests and arrear pension in excel
managing database of 20000 pensioners and 80 banks linked with our Treasury
Lead a team of 5 employees during the complete process of Life Certificate verification
Single handedly refunded almost 1crore Government money which was lying in bank.
Handling software related matters.
Developed a software by myself to calculate interest for court cases that used to take almost 1 hour to calculate interest for a single court case manually and in each month there are almost 40 court cases submitted to our Treasury.
Currently working on developing a website of our Treasury through which old age Pensioners can apply for different Pension benefits without visiting the office. This is specially helpful for those who lives far away from our office and has to travel miles to reach our office.
Handling RTI matters.
Volunteered at the district control room during "COVID-19" pandemic situation.
Target Schools:
Wharton, Stanford, LBS, Oxford, HBS, Booth, stern, Columbia, HAAS, Marshall.
Also, it would be very helpful if someone could tell me whether it is better to go for MISM or MIS in USA and work for couple of years there then apply for MBA as most the above mentioned schools will have applications from people who had designation of "Manager" "Assistant Manager" etc and I am just a Data Entry Operator.

Your government experience will be evaluated the same way every other candidate's experience will be evaluated. You will need to demonstrate your role and responsibilities, your leadership and impact on your organization, and what you have learned about the entire experience.
Coming from government is definitely non-traditional, so if you play your cards right you can have an edge. You will be stacked up against other public/government-type candidates and not against the finance, consulting and corporate applicants. That said, you definitely still need to show you have technical chops and that you have a clear career vision in mind and how an MBA would help you achieve those goals.
I can't speak to your target schools as we're missing several other important components in your profile. For example, what is your GMAT/GRE score? Are you involved in any extracurricular or community activities?
As for the other degrees, those will not make any difference. You do not need a graduate degree to then qualify to get an MBA. You should pursue those degrees if you think they will beneficial to your career, not because you think they'll somehow boost your chances at one of the M7 schools.

Hello jitbanerjee4,
Hope this finds you well.
While the experience of working for the government may set you apart from applicants with conventional profiles, what would matter more is what you did in that role - your experience as a leader, the impact you generated, and the skills you garnered.
To add to the above, your GMAT score is also going to be crucial and to stand a reasonable chance you must aim for a score upwards of 740. An MBA after doing a Master's at this point is not something we would recommend; focus on adding value to your work experience at the moment and then find the degree that aligns most with what you want to do.
