well honestly UG schooling does matter if you would be applying with work ex <3-5 years ... whereas if you are over that then what matters is your work ex and your growth professionally .. later you need to sum it up in an essay ..
I would rather advise you to focus on the gmat and build a profile than thinking about what has happened ...
also try connecting with current students and ad com of the college you are interested to apply, that will give you a better clarity.

Application assessment will primarily be based on GMAT score and work experience. A high GMAT score will assist.
