Well I answered you in the other Thread, but let's try this again.
Probably the financial woes of california is gonna affect the B-School, but since the Bschool is self sustaining, I would probably put it fairly safe. In the past the Law/Med/Dental have gone up about 10% when the state hike tuition. I wouldn't put it pass them to raise it about that much.
The 32% hike is a media over exaggeration. It's only 32% for students who's family make more than 125K. Students of families making less than 70K have 0% increase. 70-125K is somewhere in the Middle.
Even with the 32% increase, the total tuition change was $2,500 bring UC's to 10,300 for NEXT YEAR. The tuition this year for comparable schools.

UC's were far below the norm for UG. This just brings it to somewhat competitive.
