(1) The truck's average speed while crossing the bridge is 65 miles per hour and the truck is 40 feet long.
(2) The truck travels at a maximum speed of 85 miles per hour and a minimum speed of 63 miles per hour.

(1) Average speed of the truck is provided while crossing the bridge.
We can calculate the time to cover the distance (5280/2 + 40) by the truck. (1 mile = 5280 feet) Hence, sufficient.

(2) Truck's length is not given. Insufficient.
