I am from the Maldives, I had registered to do GMAT in Sri Lanka as in my country it cannot be done. Unfortunately I missed my flight. I could not reschedule because its on the same day. For how long do I have to wait to make an appointment again. I think I saw a message on the website that I have to wait for a month before I could register. But I assume after the exam time has finished and when the system knows I didnt take the exam I could probably take up the exam after few days. I want to register and do the exam after 2 days. Can I?

Since you have you have not taken the test, you should be able to take it without having to wait. Call the Pearson/GMAC support line and schedule a new date.
