When you select a School/Program to receive your Official GMAT Score Report, you are ultimately allowing that School online access to your Score Report - so your data is not being 'delivered' to the School so much as the School is simply given access to view the data. Thus, once your Score is 'certified', then YOU can see it (and purchase an Enhanced Score Report if you are interested) and any of the Schools that you have granted that access can view the data. Keep in mind that a School won't bother viewing your Score UNTIL you have applied AND the School decides that confirming your Official Score is necessary. That last point is important since Schools can sometimes take weeks (or even months) before deciding whether to invite an individual to attend (so it is unlikely that a School will immediately view your score data on the application deadline date).
