X is larger than or equal 100 and less than or equal 316...it ll always has 3 digits ... suff

How many digits does integer x have?
(1) The sum of the digits is 20.
(2) x^2 has 5 digits
Statement 1
value can be 109109 (6 digits) or 8822 (5 digits) or 9812 (4 digits) or 992 (3 digits)
Insufficient
Statement 2
x^2 has 5 digits --> 10000 <=x^2<=99999
From here, even if we do not know 316^2 is the largest 5 digit square, we can estimate by plugging in any random numbers.
Lower bound: Easy as sqrt 10000=100
Upper bound: estimate 300^2=90000; 400^2=160000 (6 digits)
From here statement 2 is clear that x has only 3 digits
