Normally 2-3 hours/day for 5days/week is recommended.

Generally 2 - 4 hours by taking some regular breaks, actually its not about how many hours its all about how much you grasp and how much you practise.

true words spoken im currently using a new program by veritas called vault and its intense ! i would say around 7-10h per day. I noticed that the first 7 hours im fully functional after that silly mistakes tend to happen

good morning all,

I am working full time and the only time I can find is an hour in the morn before work and an hour after work.On weekends I plan to give more than that, 3-4 hours on an average.
Is it something similar followed by any full time working professionals here?
Any suggestions.

Regards

Yes Its a typical schedule followed by working people. Keep in mind that it might help you to study 2 hours before work if this is possible at all instead of studying after work especially if you wrk long hours and your mind is not at its best when return home. It all comes down to your specific goals after all. Hope this will help !
