It is easier to improve on your strengths than on your weaknesses. For example if you have a quantitative background then you can push your quant to 49 and if you have humanities background/or are a habitual reader you can push your verbal to 39. Bb has provided you the links on how to do that.
Would also recommend you to take a GMAT Prep test as it is most the most reliable indicator. Several people score +50 points than their score on MGMAT/Kaplan tests.
