(1) There are 100 unoccupied parking spaces --> {unoccupied} = 100. Not sufficient.
(2) If 10 more parking spaces were occupied, 15 percent of the parking spaces would be unoccupied --> {unoccupied} - 10 = 0.15*{total}. Not sufficient.
(1)+(2) 100 - 10 = 0.15*{total} --> {total} = 600. Sufficient.
