Case 1- When the unit digit is 5.
Hundreds digit can't be 0 or 5. So, it can take 8 values
Tens digit can't be 5 or the digit at hundreds place. It can take 8 values too
Total possible numbers = 8*8*1=64
Case 2- When unit digit is 0
Total possible numbers = 9*8*1= 72
Number of three-digit positive integers with different digits are divisible by 5 = 72+64=136

For a 3 digit divisible by 5, last digit must be 0 or 5.
Case 1: when last digit is Zero; _, _,0 will be 9C1*8C1 = 72
Case 2: when last digit is five; _, _,5 will be 8C1*8C1 = 64
So, Total numbers = 72+64 = 136. Ans. D.
